When you have registered as a User of this site you can change your profile and password at any time. Your profile is what other people see (or don't if you prefer).  If you upload a photo of yourself into your profile every time you post a comment your picture will appear next to the posting.  This makes the whole site a bit more 'human' - like you are talking to real people and not just a computer!

How do you change your Profile?

1. In the bottom left-hand corner of the site you will find a 'box' called Online Users.  This box shows you who is on-line at the same time as you and if there is someone you want to contact in private you can click on their name and send a message.

2. To view your profile click on your name.  you will find a tab labelled Edit profile.  click on this.

3. Check your details and make any changes you want to, including password.  The system will not let you remove your password but it will allow you to change it.

4. To add your picture scroll down to the Optional section,  Click on the Browse button to select a picture that you want to add.  This has to be a small file and ideally should be a head and shoulders shot.  You can, however, add a picture of a pet or other symbol that you feel reflects your and your likes etc.

5. When you have finished scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Update Profile button
