These sessions were carried out for four full days from Monday to
Thursday and up to three different schools were involved per session. They had the opportunity to have a
video recording of them speaking in French using the green screen and were then green screened in front of images of famous buildings from Birmingham.
This session was an all day session. The session was run by Mr Ben Walsh, who was invited to the CLC to run the session over a three day period and was supported by Mr Wendell Gopaul & Mr Stephen Fessey. The session was based on WWI, it was to give pupils an insight into WWI by watching video clips that were provided by Mr Walsh for the pupils to view and analyse. Worksheets were also provided that related to the video clips.
The purpose of the lesson was for pupils to create a collage appropriate
for t-shirt design. Pupils used Photoshop to manipulate and combine
images and analyse their design. The final designs were submitted as GCSE coursework.
