City Learning Centres are set up nationally to enrich and enhance the work schools specifically through the use of the latest ICT technology and ICT teaching methods.

Park View CLC aims to provide pupils and adults with extended learning opportunities, which may not be present elsewhere, by allowing them access to the latest aspects of Information Communications Technology. Students from network schools will spend time at the centre developing independent learning in ways, which may not possible in a school-based environment.
